Description and Requirements Lead solution design and technical architecture across core ServiceNow domains including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM/SAM, and SecOps. Collaborate with offering and service delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, delivery alignment, and reusability. Translate client scenarios into actionable technical blueprints and reusable architecture models.
