Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Experience:

Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Apigee Edge/Apigee X.
Troubleshoot API proxy issues, latency, and errors using Trace/Debug.
Manage API security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS/SSL).
Monitor platform health and integrate with logging tools (Splunk/Kibana).
Support CI/CD for API deployments and automation scripts.
Collaborate with dev, infra, and security teams; create RCA and documentation.

Required Skills:

Hands-on Apigee (proxy design, policies, KVMs).
Strong REST, HTTP, JSON/XML knowledge.
Scripting (JavaScript, Python), networking basics.
Cloud exposure (GCP preferred), DevOps tools (Git/Jenkins).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Apigee X migration experience, OpenAPI specs, performance testing.
