API Sr Developer

As an experienced Senior API Developer, you will be responsible for performing analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation of software using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Your role will involve writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices. Additionally, you will create technical design documents and data flow charts based on business requirements. You will implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications using testing frameworks. Collaboration with other developers, DevOps, DBAs, business, project, and product management teams is essential. Your participation in all releases and monitoring of applications and services will be crucial to identifying bottlenecks, issues, and providing effective solutions for existing applications or services. In this role, you will enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns. This includes conducting regular code reviews, continuous integration, maintaining high test code coverage, ongoing code refactoring, and ensuring adequate documentation. Reviewing unit test plans, tests, and code coverage is necessary to uphold high-quality delivery standards. To be successful in this position, you should have 8-10 years of experience as an API Developer, with a minimum of 3+ years in a Senior developer role. Strong expertise in building Microservices or Web API using ASP.Net Core, MVC, C#, object-oriented programming skills, software design patterns, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and writing unit test cases are required. Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure API Management is preferred. Your demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues related to data, Web Services, and UI will be valuable. Strong innovation skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills for technical and business requirement discussions are essential. Previous experience in the healthcare domain is advantageous, along with at least 2+ years of Agile methodology, JIRA, and confluence experience. Knowledge of Angular will be considered a plus for this role.,
