Api Backend Engineer

You will be responsible for developing APIs and microservices using your strong hands-on development experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building APIs and microservices with expertise in Core Java (8/11/17), J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot. - Working with Web Services such as REST, SOAP, JAX-RS/JAX-WS, and web APIs. - Utilizing version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN and following agile methodologies. - Collaborating with SQL and/or NoSQL databases like Oracle and MongoDB. - Implementing containerization & orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes as an added advantage. - Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication for team collaboration. Qualifications required for this role: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent). - Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on development experience in building APIs/microservices. - Proficiency in Core Java (8/11/17), J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot. - Familiarity with Web Services (REST, SOAP), JAX-RS/JAX-WS, and web APIs. - Experience working with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, SVN) and agile methodologies. - Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases like Oracle and MongoDB. - Exposure to containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for team collaboration.,
