APAC Sourcing Manager, Contract Manufacturing Formulation

Role Overview: As the APAC Sourcing Manager for Contract Manufacturing Formulation at FMC, you will play a crucial role in the Global Procurement Group and Integrated Supply Chain function. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement of tolling services/contract manufacturing and agricultural formulation products in the APAC region. You will collaborate with functional leads, conduct cost-analysis activities, develop subcategory sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, manage supplier relationships, and integrate best practices across FMC. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with functional leads to build subcategory strategies based on a thorough understanding of FMCs business and external market conditions - Conduct cost-analysis activities in partnership with finance and the business to identify savings opportunities - Develop market intelligence on the supply base for the region and monitor key events that may pose a risk to the security of supply - Develop and execute subcategory sourcing strategies such as RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecard and bid analysis - Negotiate supplier contracts utilizing FMC contract templates and procedures - Develop and manage supplier relationships, as well as monitor supplier performance - Integrate best practices and modernized business processes across FMC, ensuring the best use of tools, techniques, and processes - Develop forecasts and internal communications regarding Tolling/Contract Manufacturing services - Collaborate with FMCs Global Procurement Groups Center of Excellence (CoE) team - Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain Operations to resolve supply issues and improve processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field - 5-7 years of experience within sourcing, procurement, commercial, or operations in the Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, or related chemical sectors - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities - Professional and ethical conduct - Curiosity, motivation, and determination to succeed,
