Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partner with Cvents business leaders to determine strategic hiring needs for Sales and Client Services in Singapore and Australia.
Own and establish high-volume search strategies to attract and engage talent across Singapore and Australia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers in the region.
Identify and engage in-demand talent, promoting Cvents culture, roles, and career growth opportunities in Singapore and Australia.
Conduct in-depth candidate screens to ensure that hiring managers receive qualified candidates.
Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions efficiently.
Incorporate AI-enabled sourcing, assessment, and workflow strategies to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity.
Assist with coordinating onsite interviews and office visit days for candidates in Singapore and Australia.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full life cycle recruiting environment preferred. Candidates with experience in metric-driven roles, including but not limited to sales, will also be considered.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to communicate and promote recruiting efforts, create strategy, and drive the recruitment process for Singapore and Australia.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM to document, manage, and move candidates through the interview process.
Ability to evaluate resumes based on skillset and fit for various positions.
Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work closely with business leaders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as required.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
