Job Description

As a self-motivated and result-oriented individual, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and leading teams of skilled staff consistently. Your duties will involve completing employer obligations related to tax filing and other regulatory reporting. You will be expected to co-ordinate with all stakeholders, including various HR teams, to meet business needs. Additionally, you will oversee both External and Internal Audits, lead projects related to HR Operations deliverables, and manage process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 7+ years of Ops Experience - Exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management - Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize deliverables effectively for yourself and your team - Strong calculation and analytical skills - Strong execution skills Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management skills - Certification in any Intelligent Automation tool,
