AP - Helpdesk Analyst

Your Job: This is an exciting opportunity to manage the entire query lifecycle through workflow tools, ensuring adherence to Query Management SLAs, and improving service quality. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to gather required information for query resolution, capture customer feedback, and recommend process improvements. Additionally, you will proactively anticipate customer needs, support compliance, and perform other related duties as assigned by management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire query lifecycle through workflow tools like ServiceNow - Ensure adherence to Query Management SLAs and maintain complete documentation - Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for query resolution - Capture customer feedback and work with leadership to improve service quality - Identify root causes and recommend process improvements - Proactively anticipate customer needs and communicate solutions effectively - Support compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process enhancement - Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by management Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce (masters preferred) - Experience in customer service and query management - Hands-on experience working in SAP - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage high transaction volumes efficiently - Willingness to work in rotational shifts Additional Company Details: Our organization is built on a foundation of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
