Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AOI Operator, located in Amethi. The AOI Operator will be responsible for operating automated optical inspection machines, performing quality checks on products, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to production standards. Day-to-day tasks will include machine setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and documentation of quality control processes. The role may also involve coordination with other technical teams to maintain workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines and related systems.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, defect identification, and adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Amethi and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field; prior experience in AOI operations is preferred.
