Role Summary The Schedule Administrator will be responsible for ordering all movie, TV and alternate media required onboard for our airline customers entertainment systems. This will entail scheduling orders for media preparation and ensuring licensing orders and purchase orders are created and sent. Location: Anywhere in India Remote Options: Remote What You ll Be Doing Schedule content for each customer/product based on the airline s approved titles, ensuring the right version, languages and assets are selected Trigger internal and external work orders for all titles in the schedules Manage changes to the schedule in response to exceptions/issues that occur after initial scheduling Support in the provision of schedule data to ensure editorial translations and title metadata can be created Creation and distribution of purchase orders for all licensed materials to distributors Maintain and update schedule database frequently to ensure a live and accurate view of all on-board content is captured Trigger localisation orders when appropriate to create subtitles depending on client procedure Expectations The incumbent will need to be able to converse fluently in English and be flexible to attend meetings outside of core hours. Role Summary The Localization Technician supports the entire Localization Department in various daily tasks, focusing mostly on creation of subtitles and captions. Responsibilities may also include proofing text for errors, editing, positioning, and timing of subtitles and captions for video presentation. Location: Mumbai, India Remote Options: 100% remote What You ll Be Doing Generate subtitles and captions for use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including post-production, project management, video operations & others, to ensure the smooth delivery of final materials. Organization of source materials and exports. Perform quality check and sync on final outputs Ability to operate under high pressure situations and handle time-sensitive content Expectations Must be capable of working independently and within a team Ability to shift priorities as needed.
