We have three distinct focus areas: presentation design and formatting services, branding and digital design, and research and insights. The company was founded by former McKinsey and BCG consultants. As for our business, we work with various client types, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity and venture capital firms, consulting firms, and small to mid-sized businesses. Geographically, 50% of our clients are from North America, 30% from Europe, and 20% from Asia and the rest of the world. Mindseye Creative has over 15 years of expertise in branding, creative services, and design.

Job Description:

o Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and target audience.

o Develop storyboards and concepts for animation projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and corporate identity.

o Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for corporate ads, product videos, and other promotional content.

o Work with various media, including 2D/3D animation, typography, and video editing tools, to produce engaging content.

o Ensure that all animations are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.

o Provide input on the overall visual style and presentation of videos.

o Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and perfect animations.

o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of work.

o Maintain organized files and project documentation for future reference and revisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 -10 years of experience in 3D Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, or related fields.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in animation techniques and storytelling skills.

Proficiency in at least one major animation software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D).

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
