Animator

As an Animator at ClickForge, your role involves creating high-quality animations using CAD software to illustrate mechanical designs, product functionality, and processes. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and develop compelling animations. Your responsibilities also include maintaining a library of reusable animation assets, ensuring animations meet project specifications and deadlines, and staying updated on industry trends in animation and CAD software. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality animations using CAD software to illustrate mechanical designs, product functionality, and processes. - Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling animations. - Develop and maintain a library of reusable animation assets. - Ensure animations meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation and CAD software. - Assist in the development of visual content for marketing and instructional purposes. - Provide input and support for the continuous improvement of animation workflows and processes. Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in CAD animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. - Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to accurately depict mechanical components and systems. - Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts. - Knowledge of other animation and rendering software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.
