Animation Specialist

You will be responsible for creating engaging animations and visual effects for eLearning modules and interactive simulations. In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers and graphic designers to enhance learning experiences, ensuring high-quality animations that are optimized for various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include developing and designing animations for eLearning content using tools such as Adobe Animate and After Effects. You will work closely with teams to align animations with instructional goals, ensure they are optimized for multiple platforms and devices, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations. To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of animation experience, preferably in eLearning and EdTech. Proficiency in Adobe Animate and After Effects is essential, along with a strong understanding of animation principles and creativity. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are also crucial for success in this position.
