Description
Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into polished videos with high-quality visual and audio output. Apply transitions, effects, and color grading to enhance video quality. Sync audio and visuals seamlessly to align with brand messaging and tone. Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for explainer videos, intros, and promotional content. Design and animate 2D/3D elements to enhance storytelling and create typographic animations. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards. Plan and execute production workflows, including scripting, shot planning, and asset preparation. Contribute innovative ideas to create visually engaging video content. Edit and animate content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Adapt videos to platform-specific requirements and audience preferences. Operate video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, & similar software. Compress and optimize videos for various platforms while maintaining quality. Ensure deliverables adhere to project timelines and quality standards. Handle sound editing, voiceover syncing, and background music selection. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues before final delivery. Organize and manage video assets with proper labeling and archiving. Maintain a library of reusable video elements like intros, outros, and transitions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in film production, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in video editing and animation. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Davinci Resolve. Experience with animation tools such as Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus. Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and platform-specific requirements Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and video editing skills (composition, pacing, and timing). Knowledge of sound editing and audio enhancement techniques. Collaborative mindset to incorporate feedback effectively into revisions. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the e-learning/ed-tech industry or creative agencies. Knowledge of live-action production, including filming, lighting, and camera operation.
