Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design and create compelling animations, both 2D and 3D, for diverse digital projects, including product animations, explainer videos, and marketing materials. Collaborate with brand managers to bring animation concepts to life and ensure alignment with the overall vision and brand guidelines. Use industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D) to create visually stunning animations that meet client requirements. Develop storyboards and animatics, as well as refine the pacing, flow, and timing of animations to effectively communicate key messages. Maintain a high level of quality in design, ensuring that animations are polished, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms (web, social media, mobile). Collaborate with the visual effects team to integrate animations with live-action footage or other visual elements. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, and new software tools to push the creative bound Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or design issues during the production process. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in animation design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in 2D/3D animation and motion graphics. Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and animation techniques. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present concepts and collaborate with other team members. Knowledge of visual storytelling and how to create animations that convey clear, impactful messages. Desirable Skills: Experience with UI/UX design and integrating animation with interactive user experiences. Knowledge of advanced rendering techniques and 3D compositing. Familiarity with AR/VR animation and development. Ability to work in both agile and traditional design environments.
