About the job : The Angular Lead plays a pivotal role in steering the development of web applications using the Angular framework, ensuring that all coding practices meet the highest standards of quality and performance. In this position, the Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to create dynamic and user-friendly solutions that align with the company's goals. This role is integral not only in overseeing the technical aspects of development but also in mentoring junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, facilitating the adoption of new technologies, and maintaining a high level of engagement with the team. The Angular Lead is expected to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Angular and related technologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the front-end development for applications using the Angular framework. - Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces that enhance user experience. - Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs effectively. - Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed throughout development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Guide and mentor junior developers in Angular best practices. - Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Optimize application performance and responsiveness by testing and refining code. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Angular development. - Manage and prioritize multiple development tasks in a dynamic environment. - Implement unit testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free solutions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed. - Facilitate collaboration and communication within the development team. - Document code, processes, and application features for future reference. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in web development, primarily using Angular. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with TypeScript and its usage in Angular projects. - Proficient understanding of RESTful services and API integrations. - Experience in using version control systems, especially Git. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma. - Prior experience in a technical lead or mentorship role. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. - Experience with state management libraries like NgRx is a plus. - Willingness to adapt to new tools, techniques, and methodologies. - Industry certification in Angular or web development is a plus.
