Key Responsibilities:

• Perform semen analysis and prepare samples for IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures
• Handle and process semen samples with high precision and care, ensuring quality control and patient safety
• Maintain accurate records and update laboratory documentation as per protocols
• Assist in sperm cryopreservation and thawing procedures
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to laboratory best practices and infection control standards
• Work closely with embryologists, andrologists, and clinicians to ensure seamless coordination in patient care

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an andrology or IVF lab preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of semen analysis techniques, media preparation, and sterile lab handling
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift-based environment
