Android Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will be working as an Android Developer for Shaadi.com, one of Uplers" clients. The ideal candidate is expected to be highly organized with strong technical skills in modern mobile technologies. You will be responsible for understanding specifications from product, design, and QA teams, drafting solutions, and participating in team discussions before implementation. Writing efficient code with End-2-End tests and building monitoring systems around the features are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Android developer with 3-6 years of experience - Proficiency in at least one of the design patterns MVC, MVP, or MVVM - Good understanding of OOP, Architecture, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms - Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices - Continuous evaluation and implementation of new technologies for development efficiency - Ability to benchmark and optimize code - Knowledge of Kotlin and Dagger2 is a plus Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of experience in Android development - Proficient in Kotlin and Dagger - Strong understanding of MVVM design pattern - Familiarity with OOP, Architecture, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Additional Details: Uplers aims to simplify the hiring process and support talents in finding relevant onsite opportunities to progress in their careers.
