Job Description

As an Analytics Program Manager at Uber, you will play a crucial role in bridging operations and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and operationalizing Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and facilitate consistent decision-making. - Creating scalable metric frameworks in Tableau, SQL, and Salesforce to deploy analytics solutions. - Designing and implementing long-term, automated reporting solutions for key business drivers and ensuring data integrity and governance. - Serving as the team's technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex data challenges and escalations. - Leading high-impact, cross-functional programs such as Go-To-Market planning and account realignment. - Running Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) processes, providing insights and storytelling for senior executives. - Acting as the primary analytics partner to the Sales organization, translating strategic goals into actionable data roadmaps. - Providing executive-level insights and recommendations that influence business strategy. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or technical program management, with a focus on defining and tracking business KPIs in a Sales or GTM context. - Expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tool), including complex dashboard design and data source optimization. - Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and build data models. - Experience in data process automation and a hands-on, full-stack mindset for long-term solutions and tactical fixes. - Strong ownership, accountability, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills to simplify complex data into actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications: - In-depth administrative and architectural knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) to understand the data model and drive strategic insights beyond running reports.,
