Summary:As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in the development of business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives, ultimately driving strategic initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Skills:

Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Experience in developing predictive models and statistical analysis.

Proficiency in data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
