Analytics Manager

You will leverage analytics driven recommendations to drive sales and cost reduction efforts at the enterprise level. Your role will involve enabling data-driven decision making at the Titan company to drive efficiencies. You will collaborate with various business heads, category managers, and brand managers to solve problems in the areas of marketing, retail, and merchandising. These problems may range from strategic issues like network expansion and consumer insights to tactical issues such as the impact of stock changes in stores, changes in price or discount structures, forecasting, order management, ecommerce customer journeys, automation, call center agent effectiveness, impact of retail interventions, correlation of satisfaction with business metrics, propensity modeling, segmentation, and cross sell and upsell scenarios. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-7 years of analytics experience and a proven track record of working with business stakeholders in the field of analytics. You should be familiar with various analytical techniques including business analytics, simulations, exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and customer analytics. Additionally, proficiency in SQL and either R, Python, or Redshift will be beneficial for this position.,
