Analytics Manager

The role requires you to work from the office and involves monitoring business performance and operations. You will be responsible for problem-solving by applying various analytics levers and collaborating with different teams working on ML models, SQL rules, hospital profiling, pattern mining, etc., to achieve client savings targets. The Analytics team serves as both the R&D and operational excellence team, continuously exploring new patterns through cutting-edge technologies ranging from SQL queries to large language model (LLM) agents. Your responsibilities will include designing data-driven solutions and frameworks (descriptive and predictive) from scratch, providing leadership consultation on potential solutions, storyboards, and POCs. You will drive business metrics contributing to top-line growth and/or profitability, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses including raw data analysis and deep dives to derive insights, and develop descriptive to prescriptive analytics for business monitoring and operational excellence. Additionally, you will translate data insights for business stakeholders to effectively communicate and provide relevant business context. You will also apply next-gen technologies across the analytics lifecycle, managing tasks like data extraction, exploratory data analysis, data mining, information extraction from unstructured data, and visualization/storyboarding. Furthermore, you will oversee a small team of data analysts. The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in strategy and business optimization, along with a post-graduate degree or MBA (preferred) or a graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Science, or Statistics. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, as well as a solid background in analytics using tools like SQL, SAS, Python, basic statistical concepts, and data analysis for interpreting results for the business. You should have the ability to translate and structure business problems to deliver technical solutions, proven experience in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take on various projects. A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. The ecosystem you will be operating in includes massive data assets with millions of structured data records and thousands of unstructured records processed monthly, tech investments in on-prem GPUs, Azure, AWS, Databricks, and On-prem Hadoop-Hive environments, a strong leadership push towards digitization, data-led decision-making, and AI, as well as an Analytics Team comprising 100+ data enthusiasts, decision scientists, and business/subject matter experts.,
