About the Role

Analytics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable data models using
dbt
and
Snowflake
Develop and orchestrate data pipelines with
Airflow
or similar tools
Partner with teams across DAZN to translate business needs into robust datasets
Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring practices
Follow best practices in code versioning, CI/CD, and data documentation
Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and team standards

What Were Looking For

2+ years of experience in analytics/data engineering or similar roles
Strong skills in
SQL
and working knowledge of
cloud data warehouses
(Snowflake preferred)
Experience with
dbt
for data modeling and transformation
Familiarity with
Airflow
or other workflow orchestration tools
Understanding of ELT processes, data modeling, and data governance principles
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in media, OTT, or sports technology domains
Familiarity with BI tools like
Looker
,
Tableau
, or
Power BI
Exposure to testing frameworks like
dbt tests
or
Great Expectations
