Analytic Manager - Search Ads and Personalization

As a Manager for Search Ads and Personalization at Tredence, you will lead large-scale data engineering and analytics programs to deliver impactful results for clients. Your role will involve utilizing expertise in clickstream, Google Analytics, and eCommerce analytics to optimize digital experiences and drive growth. This hands-on leadership position requires technical proficiency in data/analytics and the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user interactions, navigation behavior, and content engagement across digital platforms using clickstream data. - Identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement and conversion by analyzing Google Analytics and website performance data. - Conduct funnel analytics to pinpoint drop-off points and provide actionable recommendations for improving conversion rates. - Optimize customer journeys, increase sales, and enhance site performance through end-to-end website and eCommerce analytics. - Improve ROI and digital marketing effectiveness by evaluating search ad and campaign performance. - Develop personalized digital experiences based on behavioral insights to enhance user engagement. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate insights into measurable business outcomes and implement actionable improvements. Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience in the Analytics domain with a focus on Digital, Web, and eCommerce Analytics. - Proficiency in clickstream analytics tools, Google Analytics (GA4), and funnel analysis techniques. - Strong foundation in SQL, Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools. - Experience in e-commerce data analysis, digital marketing campaign evaluation, and customer journey analysis. - Knowledge of search ads platforms and performance tracking. - Ability to translate insights into strategic actions for personalization and optimization. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with A/B testing and user experience analytics. - Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavior analysis.,
