Analyst/Senior Analyst - Renewable Investments (Sector Specialist)

In our journey of expansion, we are currently looking for a dynamic and resourceful candidate to join our Acquisitions and Finance team. As an Analyst/Senior Analyst within the Renewable Investments team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with teams in the U.S. and Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will revolve around constructing financial models for new M&A opportunities and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) bids. Furthermore, you will be involved in analyzing project returns, evaluating the impact on project returns and capital structure, and conducting due diligence during the pre-acquisition phase. Your key responsibilities will include building financial models for M&A opportunities and PPA bids, analyzing project returns based on investment memorandums and project materials, assessing the impact on project returns and capital structure, running scenario analyses, and performing internal and external due diligence by reviewing essential project documents. To be eligible for this position, you should hold an MBA in finance or a similar qualification with 1-4 years of experience. You must possess excellent financial modeling skills, displaying the ability to independently construct project models. Additionally, a strong understanding of the power and utilities sector, particularly focusing on solar, wind, and storage technologies, is essential. Excellent written communication skills and report-writing capabilities are also required.
