Analyst/Senior Analyst Legal Entity Controlling

Role Overview: You will be joining DESRI India Private Limited in Hyderabad, India, as part of the Legal Entity Controlling team. Your main responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and filing U.S. GAAP-based financial statements for renewable energy projects, investment funds, and corporate entities. You will also maintain books and records in accordance with U.S. GAAP, liaise with auditors, and ensure timely closure of external audits. Additionally, you will engage in various management and investor reporting activities, including annual project budget preparation and tax reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and file U.S. GAAP-based financial statements for renewable energy projects, investment funds, and corporate entities - Maintain books and records in accordance with U.S. GAAP - Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of external audits - Engage in various forms of management and investor reporting, including annual project budget preparation and tax reporting - Work on initiatives related to establishing, standardizing, optimizing, and documenting accounting processes, workflows, and controls Qualifications: - Hold a Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant degree - Have 0 to 2 years of post-qualification work experience - Ability to work autonomously with limited direction and guidance - Experience in U.S.-based audit and a good understanding of U.S. GAAP - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Good understanding of financial agreements and contracts, such as credit and equity investment agreements - Experience in the energy, real estate, or financial services sector,
