Analyst - Web Analytics and Reporting

The Web Analytics and Reporting Specialist role in Bangalore/Chennai requires someone with 5-8 years of experience in web analytics. You will lead the creation of detailed website performance reports, providing actionable insights to enhance website effectiveness. By conducting in-depth analyses of website traffic and user behavior, you will identify trends and optimization opportunities. Utilizing Adobe Analytics, you will track, report, and analyze website data to drive strategic decision-making and improve user experience. Your expertise in digital marketing analytics will support broader marketing strategies and enhance user engagement across digital platforms. In addition to web performance reporting, you will use Power BI for data analysis and reporting, with knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and various visualizations as a plus. Transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives will be crucial, as you engage audiences through impactful storytelling techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to translate business needs into actionable digital insights and strategies. You will continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of web analytics practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics. You should possess proven expertise in digital marketing analytics, the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are necessary for presenting findings and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders. Preferred skills include experience in PowerBI development, Excel, and PowerPoint.
