Summary

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with over 3 years of experience in analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization. In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders to design wireframes and prototypes in Figma for Tableau dashboards. Youll create clean and user-friendly layouts using Tableau UI kits, custom icons, illustrations, and background elements to improve dashboard visuals. Knowledge of using Figma plugins to export designs into Tableau is a big plus. You will also help source data from different systems, update Teradata databases, and build dashboards, reports, and scorecards in Tableau. Good understanding of relational databases and the ability to keep designs consistent and on-brand is important.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

1. A Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design within the analytics or business intelligence domain.

3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and Tableau.

4. Demonstrable experience designing dashboards or data visualization platforms.

5. A strong design portfolio showcasing your skills in content creation, graphic design, and user experience.

6. Deep understanding of accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design.
