Job Description

As an HR Data Analyst at our organization, your primary role will involve building a data-driven foundation to support strategic HR decision-making. You will work within the Office of the CHRO, utilizing your expertise in HR processes and a data engineering mindset to provide predictive insights that enhance business performance and people programs. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and analytical models to provide actionable insights for leaders and HR partners. - Conduct primary and secondary research on complex people challenges, leveraging internal and external data to inform strategic recommendations. - Design and implement data models and analytical frameworks to strengthen HR data infrastructure and integrate with HR systems and processes. - Ensure HR data integrity for responsible reporting, supporting key initiatives across performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, and attrition. - Collaborate with HR Program Managers and local HR teams to translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations and practical business solutions. - Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in data collection and reporting. - Master the use of HR systems and analytics tools such as Workday, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to develop superior reporting capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or related data-driven roles. - Proficiency in SQL or similar database languages for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling. - Experience in conducting primary and secondary research to solve complex problems. - Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau for data visualizations. - Curiosity and passion for applying data engineering principles to human capital challenges. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
