Analyst, SAP LE & EWM

As a Senior Analyst in the logistics area at Shure, you will play a crucial role in enabling new capabilities and providing application support, including enhancements. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing solution expertise, design, and implementation of integrated end-to-end solutions - Collaborating with business stakeholders globally, understanding requirements, and providing deep SAP Functional expertise - Adhering to IT guiding principles for maximizing business value and enabling positive customer experience - Reviewing evolving SAP technologies, proposing innovative solutions, and enhancements to existing processes - Providing impact analysis for proposed enhancements or new solutions - Offering application support in line with established SLAs and assisting with issue resolution - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for solution design, testing, and implementation - Supporting the SAP development and security team during all project phases - Ensuring solution design proposal adheres to established security and data standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation and support in a live SAP environment - Experience with SAP EWM, Logistics Execution, and Trade Compliance - Understanding of SAP technical tools, functionalities, and integration points - Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD is a plus - Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills - Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies - Willingness to travel to remote facilities - Overtime availability based on project requirements Key Competencies for this role include adaptability, critical thinking, customer focus, decision quality, communication, leadership skills, drive for results, integrity and trust, priority setting, relationship building, analytical skills, teamwork, collaboration, and influence.
