Job Highlights

• Regularly monitor SAP systems
• Creating and managing technical user accounts, roles, and authorizations within the SAP system, ensuring proper access control and security
• Investigating and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, working with users and other team members to find solutions
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Observing and assisting experienced colleagues in their daily tasks
• Track Open Incidents, Service & Change Requests in SAP for Me, SAP Service Catalog and ITSM solution
  

Requirements

• Specific Education : IT Graduate with experience in SAP Basis
• Work Experience : 3 to 8 Years
• Special Skills : Understanding of SAP Basis concepts and principles, Knowledge of SAP HANA database, Written and oral knowledge of English language
