Job Description

As a Sales and Commercial IT Salesforce Analyst at Suntory Global Spirits, you will play a crucial role in enabling business capabilities to support the user community and drive adoption of internal applications. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Finance, Operations, SAP COE, and external partners, to ensure strategic objectives are met. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in managing ongoing enhancements, operations, and maintenance of internal applications. Key Responsibilities: - Understand Company offerings, market position, and competitive products to drive sales activities effectively - Collaborate cross-functionally to implement initiatives aligned with the International Commercial Excellence Agenda - Partner closely with key Business users, IT Managers, and IT Vendors to enhance collaboration - Act as a Subject Matter Expert of processes and applications - Manage data security within applications to ensure compliance with Suntory audit and best practices - Identify and define new requirements with key Business users focusing on global/standard solutions - Provide guidance to IT functional teams and businesses on best practices for building processes and solutions - Conduct ongoing training for users and educate on new features, benefits, and reports - Develop and maintain system and process documentation - Create reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity continuously - Drive adoption through communication and training methods such as one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and webinars - Explore modern technology solutions to solve core business challenges and enable growth and productivity - Lead different project management frameworks, including agile and waterfall methodologies Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a similar field - Experience: 5-7 years working with a CPG company supporting Sales processes - Technical background with Sales application experience required - Industry experience in CPG and Sales preferred but not required - Proficiency in Salesforce.com (Sales, Consumer Goods Cloud, CRM Analytics) and SAP systems desired - Familiarity with large data sets and business intelligence tools like CRM Analytics, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform - Self-motivated with a focus on continuous skill development and growth - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment - Role based in Gurgaon, India - Travel requirement less than 10% (if any),
