Analyst, Sales and Service Systems

Role Overview: In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide global support and global development in the areas of Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the effective use of technology in supporting the end-to-end O2C process by leading projects in different areas with minimal guidance. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for process improvement, aiming for global standardization, and building relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 and the business intelligence system to provide actionable insights on Order-to-Cash performance, customer behavior, and sales trends. You will also be involved in system enhancements and developments, ensuring integrity and adherence to global development templates. Key Responsibilities: - Provide global support and development in Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes - Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure effective technology utilization in supporting the O2C process - Lead projects in different areas with minimal guidance - Identify opportunities for process improvement and aim for global standardization - Build relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors - Implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 and the business intelligence system - Perform system enhancements and developments including writing functional specifications, technical design, configuration, testing, and documentation - Collaborate with SAP cross-functional teams for PP, MM/WM, CS, PS, and FI/CO modules - Ensure integrity and adherence to global development templates and IT policies and procedures Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited University - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution with strong knowledge in the entire Order to Cash Process - Experience in at least two full cycle ERP implementations - Experience in Cross Functional Integration of SAP S4 SD module with PP, MM/WM, CS, PS, and FI/CO modules - Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance Company Information: Join our winning team today and accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
