Role Overview: As an Analyst, Maintenance Programs at American Airlines, you will be a part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. Your role will involve developing and implementing maintenance programs to ensure quality and safety, dedicating yourself to ensuring the safety and reliability of PSA's fleet, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze the CRJ-700/900 Maintenance Program to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards - Evaluate reliability data to adjust recurring inspection and maintenance task intervals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability objectives are met - Perform data review to connect found faults to maintenance program tasks, aligning maintenance program intervals for optimal performance - Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance program requirements as documented within PSA's GMM - Collect and resolve RFTSs for Maintenance Program changes submitted by the frontline - Perform other duties as assigned by Tech Services leadership Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field - 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or a related field - FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs or equivalent experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) - Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry standards Additional Details: American Airlines has a relentless drive for innovation and excellence, providing a dynamic, tech-driven environment where your creativity and unique strengths are celebrated.
