Job Description

As an Analyst specializing in Project Management & Metrics, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the governance and control metrics for the entire lifecycle management of Intragroup Company Agreements (ICAs) within the organization. You will work towards implementing a managed services function that ensures standard, consistent, compliant, transparent, scalable, and well-controlled oversight of ICAs globally. Your key responsibilities will include designing/enhancing the platform/tools for ICAs and associated KPIs/KRIs/SLAs, coordinating drafting, review, execution, and refresh of ICAs, collaborating with various teams for cross-functional coordination, ensuring regulatory and audit readiness, and developing a centralized ICA repository. Additionally, you will be involved in training and playbook development, force majeure and change management, and maintaining corporate security responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery, effective communication skills for global coordination, the ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data. Any background in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements would be advantageous. Experience with tools like Domo Dashboards, Power BI, Power Apps, and MS Office will be beneficial for this position. Your role will require you to collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Tech, Finance, Operations, Tax/Transfer Pricing, and business teams, ensuring ICAs align with industry/regulatory frameworks, local tax laws, and compliance requirements. You will play a critical role in implementing various monitoring and reporting processes, and maintaining audit-ready ICA documentation for tax authorities or internal audits. In addition to your core responsibilities, it is expected that you abide by Mastercard's security policies, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations or breaches, and complete all mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
