Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & GovernanceEnsure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data across systems like PDM/PIM, ERP, PLM, CAD/BOMMaintain metadata: part numbers, descriptions, suppliers, BOM, and engineering specsImplement and enforce data quality rules and governance policies; conduct cleansing and validation activitiesNew Product Introduction (NPI) & MaintenanceManage product master data entries, updates, and lifecycle including new products, changes, and obsolescenceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure digital completeness in systems like SAP, Salsify, PIM tools, etc.Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate dashboards, reports, and insights using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BIMonitor KPIs and metrics tied to product data accuracy, governance, and syndication performanceProcess Improvement & SupportIdentify and drive improvements in PDM/PIM data processes and workflowsDocument SOPs, data collection methods, and onboarding procedures for stakeholders and systemsCrossfunctional CollaborationCoordinate with product management, marketing, sales, IT, and engineering teams to meet data needs and compliance requirementsServe as subject-matter expert and respond to both internal and external data queries or escalations
