Analyst - Operations - OTC (Collections)

As a Collector at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for applying your functional knowledge to the order-to-cash process. You will independently handle tasks such as collections and cash application, ensuring compliance with specific client processes in terms of Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy. SAP experience is mandatory for this role. Your key responsibilities will include voice calling, dispute management, customer account reconciliation, and maintaining a high level of customer orientation. You will be expected to understand client expectations, strive to improve performance on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and effectively communicate any issues or proposed resolutions to customers. In this role, you will demonstrate a high level of accountability by understanding expectations, measuring your performance, and delivering upon them. You will collaborate with your team and other departments, working towards common organizational goals and resolving conflicts when necessary. Additionally, you will be proactive in addressing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing process improvements. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, actively participate in team meetings, articulate your thoughts clearly, and demonstrate strong listening skills. A degree in B.Com, BAF, MCom, or MBA (Finance) is required for this role.
