Analyst - Operations

In the role of Analyst III, you will provide a superior level of customer service and attention to customers requiring vehicle repairs. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicle damage, writing damage repair estimates, negotiating settlements with repair facilities, estimating repair times for rental/loss of use, preparing, reviewing, and approving supplements, investigating files, and evaluating diminished value in claims. Additionally, you will determine salvage valuation and prepare reports for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, reconcile, and/or approve supplements - Prepare damage estimates for moderately complex claims and locate parts - Investigate files, review damage, take photos, and determine reparability or total loss - Document claim files with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process - Summarize documents and enter into claim system notes - Negotiate and settle moderately complex claims in accordance with best practices - Evaluate diminished value in claims - Determine valuation of salvage - Condition vehicles and prepare reports for customers Education: - Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Experience: - 0-2 years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities: - This job does not have supervisory duties In lieu of the specified education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
