Analyst, Operational Controls Testing

As an Analyst at our company, your primary task will be to perform testing and provide actionable insights. You will validate various processes using a checklist to capture detailed information. Additionally, you will participate in internal monthly discussion sessions to analyze opportunities and observations identified during the testing period. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing monthly testing for various Business Units in the Forward Servicing - Analyzing observations from testing and reporting to the Team Leader - Making recommendations to reduce process-related errors - Tracking Business Unit responses for all findings identified from the testing - Liaising with Management to develop project plans addressing opportunities identified through process testing - Providing management with timely reports documenting observations from testing To qualify for this role, you should: - Be a graduate - Have an understanding of the Mortgage Industry and Loan Servicing - Be proficient in Excel - Have exposure to the 7 basic quality tools (preferred) - Possess the ability to work on multiple projects and set/achieve stretch goals periodically - Be a quick learner, analytical, and have high attention to detail - Be able to work independently with minimum supervision No additional details of the company were included in the job description.,
