1) SAP, Tally or Oracle system experience

2) Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

3) Good Comprehension and analytical skills

Good verbal and written communication in English

Roles and Responsibilities:

l Ensures the financial records of the plant(s) are reflecting actual operations and status of the plant

l Monitor and review material standard costs for the allotted locations.

l Undertake system corrections, investigate and analyze major cost and yield variances.

l Perform finance sign off for newly created or extended materials via SAP workflow.

l Complete the month end closing process.

l Monitor and review plant/warehouse fixed and variable costs on a monthly basis and prepare appropriate management reports.

l Prepare monthly variance analysis of actual plant performance against plan and previous year

l Ensure inventory valuation and slow moving/obsolete goods provisions are stated in accordance with Companys Policies and US GAAP.

l Develop close working relationships with local plant and /or warehouse managers.

l Provide information to assist in internal and/or external audit processes.

l Prepare annual plant fixed cost budgets and target CPU

l Prepare regular forecasts with detailed explanations of deviations from plans and targets. Report on PIOs.

l Provide support to plant managers and business management when required.

l Be pro-active in analysis and challenge plant performance.

l Any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
