Flex is seeking an Analyst - GBS Logistics to join its exceptional team in Coimbatore, India. The role involves the prompt and accurate processing of purchase orders in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding stakeholder service skills and excel in a team environment to consistently achieve challenging performance objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Procuring ad hoc rates for air, ocean, and express shipments to meet solution requirements. - Managing rate validity and variable rates effectively. - Maintaining and enhancing transportation analysis and decision support systems. - Establishing transportation rate benchmarks. - Generating monthly site metrics and logistics savings plans reports. - Developing and managing rate databases. - Sustaining Global Transportation Rates with suppliers. - Overseeing contract management processes. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, B.B.A, B.Sc, or Diploma. - Experience: 0-3 years. - Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle. - Mandatory knowledge of computer software applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication skills are essential.
