Analyst, Lending Ops

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and performing operations work related to straight forward and repetitive tasks. You should have a basic understanding of processes and products, including knowledge of KYC documents and CDD guidelines. It is essential to keep up to date with changes in products and processes, as well as adapt quickly to any changes in processes or projects. Your key responsibilities will include operational risk management, ensuring accuracy and TAT in delivering output, and complying with Group/Country KYC/CDD guidelines. You will also be expected to uphold the values of the company, adhere to service level agreements, and report accurate data to management. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and manage operational risks at the maker level - Comply with KYC related fraud guidelines - Maintain precision and accuracy in task performance - Uphold company values and adhere to service level agreements - Communicate clearly and effectively - Resolve problems efficiently and effectively - Work collaboratively in a team with good interpersonal skills In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to understand and meet stakeholder requirements, work cooperatively as a team player, be open to change and willing to adapt quickly, analyze data for process improvement, and contribute to strategy formulation and implementation. You should possess banking knowledge skills, decision-making skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.
