Analyst L2

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Analyst L2 in Wipro Limited, located in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions and optimize operations.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and measure success.

• Mandatory skills include WFM (Ops) and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
