What You'll Do
The Analyst - IT for the Digital Manufacturing will have primary responsibility for driving and supporting the design, DevOps, technical strategy and deliver solutions for strateigically aligned projects by incorporating best practices and established pattern standards throughout the project lifecycle as an expert in MES Space.This Apriso Analyst will be part of the Manufacturing Core team managing all Apriso Framework.This position is responsible for gathering user requirements developing & Supporting solution on Delmia-Apriso platform with proven track records on: Time & Labor, Manufaturing, Quality, Dashboard & PMC etc.. This position also requires the capability to understand network and security constraints, both on the office as well as on the shopfloor networks.Knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing is a plus. Having been through application upgrade in the past is also a plus.Person will be overlooking three main types of activities: support (Run), project, release. Main contributions are expected both on Project and Release tasks; but checking support incidents is also part of the job.As our Apriso Sr Analyst, you will be in charge of your functional scope to :
- Experience in multiple Apriso implementations as a Analyst
- Define, develop, build, and configure solutions that implement user stories
- Define, develop and execute agile work plans for iterative and incremental product delivery
- Ensure that solutions delivered by the team meet technical requirements, non-functional requirements, and enterprise technology standards.
- Continuously integrate and deploy solutions (with support of DevOps and service teams)
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and performance. Work with test teams to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage; investigate and fix bugs; create automated test scripts.
- Support the development of prototype designs for a product using a wide range of techniques
- Participate in requirements analysis workshops, solution design, Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation
- Good functional knowledge in manufacturing domain
- Experience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor, Process Builder, Global Process Manager)
- Good experience in customizing the solution using Apriso out of the box user controls, business components etc.
- Good experience in implementing business logic using Apriso Process Builder
- Experience in Apriso portal for master data configurations
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES Apriso applications.
- Author high quality, unit tested code in an iterative manner
- Document solutions by using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, code snippets, and performance instruments. Guide others on the team in documenting their code.
In addition to Apriso knowledge, it will be a plus for the candidate to demonstrate development skills on multiple types of platforms like : C#, Javascript, API
