Analyst, Investor Reporting

As a member of the Investor Reporting team, your role involves being responsible for the monthly reporting of principal and interest remittance on residential mortgages across various portfolios. You will send the remittance reports to Investors/Trusts based on the contractual due dates as per the pooling and servicing agreements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Learning and understanding the correct interpretation of servicing agreements - Preparing monthly remittance reports and delinquency reports for investors and trusts - Ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports and funds transfer to investors and trusts as per the servicing agreement - Analyzing and comparing remittance reports to trustee prepared reports, ensuring proper identification and clearing of variances - Working independently on projects and assignments - Multi-tasking and troubleshooting issues with multiple variables, collaborating within the department and across other Ocwen departments for prompt resolution - Acting as a liaison between the Investor Reporting department and the trust or investor, addressing queries and facilitating prompt resolution or escalation as needed - Collaborating with the Automation Team in Investor Reporting to enhance processes and reduce costs Qualifications required for this role: - Post Graduate in Finance or Commerce - MBA/MFA/MCOM/CA(inter) No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.
