Analyst - Instructional Design

As an Instructional Design Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice of the S&C Global Network, you will be involved in assisting clients from various industries in the domains of Learning Design, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be crucial in devising innovative learning strategies and solutions, guiding clients through organizational changes, and facilitating a seamless transition process. Your role will contribute significantly to shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will include supporting teams and projects through different phases of learning design and development, creating standards and templates for learning solutions, and producing effective training materials tailored to clients" requirements using diverse learning modalities. Collaboration with stakeholders, visualization of content, impactful storyboard writing, and ensuring quality benchmarks are also key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess proficiency in content development, instructional design, research, and information gathering. Familiarity with design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, and others is essential. Cross-cultural competence, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and a sound business acumen are also vital for success in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in fields like Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. With 2-3 years of experience in instructional design and content development, along with expertise in applying learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning, you will be well-equipped to meet the demands of this position.
