Analyst III, Global GBS - Process Mining COE

Role Overview: As a Process and Task Mining Analyst in the Global Business Services (GBS) department at AHM, you will be a key member of the team responsible for optimizing operational efficiencies in the food production industry. Your expertise in analyzing and interpreting process data will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement, ensuring quality control, and supporting the overall production process. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the Process Mining solution offered by Signavio. - Capable of building KPIs to highlight use-case specific processes and client requirements. - Hands-on experience in building analysis dashboards and utilizing different components of Signavio like simulation. - Identify and build Execution Gap use cases with good analytical skills. - Implement requirements effectively and write complex SQL and PQL queries. - Utilize task mining tools to extract valuable insights from operational data. - Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills to analyze business processes and workflows. - Design end-to-end business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to implement Multi Event Log in custom projects. - Demonstrated problem-solving, facilitation, and business acumen skills.
