Analyst II-Systems Desktop Support

As a Computer Support Specialist, your role involves providing excellent customer service to I.T."s customers by assisting them during the support process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and notebook computers and peripherals. - Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues related to desktop and notebook computers. - Utilizing SCCM to manage software licenses, asset allocations, and deploy application packages. - Providing second-level support for all computing infrastructure issues to meet I.T. Customer Services goals. - Assuming ownership of service requests and ensuring they are handled in an organized fashion. - Maintaining high-quality and timely communications with customers through verbal and written channels. - Recording all actions taken on service requests into the I.T. work order system. - Maintaining a professional attitude towards customers at all times. - Ensuring timely handling of all service requests to customer satisfaction. - Providing alternatives to meet customer business requirements. - Supporting the I.T. Help Desk and other I.T. personnel as required. - Advising the User Support Supervisor on technical issues and making recommendations within your area of expertise. Qualifications required for this role: - B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site computer support. - Familiarity with a broad range of computer operating problems and solutions. - Excellent customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening skills and a helpful, patient, and energetic attitude. - Customer-focused and self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment. - Willingness to expand knowledge and grow in the position. You will be expected to handle any additional responsibilities or tasks effectively in alignment with the company's objectives.,
