Analyst II, Global-GBS - Logistics

As a Logistics Manager at our company, your role will involve managing finished goods inventory assortment, levels, and replenishment to ensure on-time performance and fill rates across the distribution network. You will review stock-keeping units coverage profiles and take corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing safety stocks and the stock-keeping units selection process. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential capacity restrictions that may impact goals and develop plans to alleviate these restrictions. - Manage medium and long-term capacity tradeoffs with plants. - Monitor customer and inventory trends, recommending short-term forecast adjustments. - Assist in adjusting the inventory optimization plan to maximize gross margin return on investment and minimize inventory carrying costs. - Communicate decisions and supply impacts to all stakeholders in the planning process. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in logistics management or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes.
