Analyst-I, Payroll HR Operations

Role Overview: You have an excellent opportunity as an Order to Cash Analyst, International within Global Business Services (GBS) in the International Zone at Kraft Heinz. You will be reporting to the Order to Cash Lead, International and working in a high performing team aiming to reach the next level. Expect a lot of exposure to senior stakeholders in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive root cause analysis on key problem statements affecting customer experience in Europe from new customer setup to cash receipt - Develop action plans for identified root causes and implement them to improve processes - Collaborate closely with operations to solve key problem statements to enhance stakeholders and customers experience, unlock value, and drive efficiency - Prioritize areas to tackle, support deep dive sessions on various areas of the customer lifecycle, and track all actions to conclusion - Communicate effectively, simplify evolving business needs, and prioritize actions with tangible outcomes - Optimize end-to-end order to cash processes, review customer balance sheets holistically, and drive prioritization of actions - Perform root cause analysis, develop action plans, and lead best practices implementation to improve performance in EMEA - Drive tangible output from stakeholder sessions and ensure actions are completed - Support process execution by cleansing and updating system data for effective processes - Leverage the global network in GBS and other functions to adopt best practices into ways of working - Work on digital transformation initiatives to maximize value from tools like High Radius and Celonis, supporting change management for operational efficiency Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree required, professional accreditation preferable in Accountancy, mathematics, or engineering - Work Experience & Knowledge: 2+ years experience in invoice to cash processes, proficiency in SAP, High Radius, Celonis, Tableau & Excel preferred, experience with agile/design thinking/six sigma methodologies desired - Experience in working with internal & external control frameworks and auditors, operating within a GBS environment is a plus - Language Knowledge: Fluent in English Additional Company Details: Kraft Heinz in GBS is digitally led, focusing on getting the most value out of recently implemented tools like High Radius and Celonis for operational efficiency and insights.
